What are the Eligibility Requirements for Advantage?

All fulltime (30 hours or more per week) W-2 with a company or other qualifying health insurance policy in place are eligible for Advantage. If an employee does not have health insurance, a Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) policy can be included. A minimum of 10 employees are required for the group MEC policy.


Note: if an employee is on Medicaid they are not eligible for Advantage.
